Nardamed is a U.S.-based medical tourism sales and coordination company working directly with selected hospitals and clinics in Turkiye.

We help patients from the U.S. and Canada arrange their treatment processes at our partner medical institutions in Turkey.

We are expanding our remote call center team and looking for sales-oriented call agents in the Philippines who can confidently communicate with international patients and convert leads into scheduled consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with potential patients during U.S. business hours (excluding the night shift in the Philippines).
  • Ask the right questions about their treatment interests (dental / hair/plastic / other).
  • Connect interested patients with our partner clinics in Turkiye.
  • Update all patient information accurately in our CRM (Zoho).
  • Work with daily and weekly goals (calls made, conversations held, appointments booked).
  • Keep all patient information strictly confidential — no sharing or external referrals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines and able to work U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Excellent English (clear, confident, and sales-oriented tone).
  • Telesales experience (6–12 months minimum)
  • Stable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S. patients and explaining the medical tourism process.
  • High integrity — lead information cannot be shared or used elsewhere.
  • Fresh graduates with strong English and sales confidence are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Schedule

  • ₱20,000 – ₱28,000 / month (equivalent to USD 350–500, depending on experience)
  • High performance bonuses for each successful sale
  • Full-time, remote, long-term position
  • 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day schedule
  • Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Standard Time
