About the role

We are seeking a committed and driven Workshop Sales Supervisor to join our team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of our workshop and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Provide coaching and training to develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer focus

  • Contribute to the overall success of the business by driving sales growth and profitability

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably in the workshop or retail industry for automotive
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address sales-related issues
  • Proficient in using sales data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
