Duties
- Facilitate, monitor, supervise, and create business opportunities for sales department
- Motivate, coach, and train sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- With Degree in BS Marketing/ Accounting/ Engineering or Equivalent
- With at least 1 year of sales supervisory experience
- Knows how to drive 4-wheels with valid driver's license
- Willing to be assigned in Hino Parañaque - Showroom
