  • Expected salary: ₱19,000 per month

Overview

1.Supervisor with monitoring and guiding improvements in work performance;

2.Lead a small multi skilled team;

3.Accurate completion of all paperwork and systems associated with fleet maintenance and repair;

4.Ensuring all the staff members in the workshop are completing work in a safe and efficient manner in line with company standards;

5.Supervise servicing of vehicles in line with company servicing schedule;

6.Leading by example and give guidance on technical problems;

5.Assisting the Mechanic Manager in day-to-day workshop management;

6.Supervise workshop staff on the floor with 80% floor based work and 20% office work;

7.Working on the tools inventory and other parts supply.

Qualifications:

· Automotive Vocational Course

· Knowledgeable in Mechanical and Auto Electrical Repairs

· Maintain high level of workmanships

· Perform all work in safe & efficient manner

· Diagnose problems accurately with electrical skills

· Maintain cleanliness in work areas

· Drivers license 123

Other Information:

· Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays - non-negotiable

· Willing to work both in Tanza and Conchu Trece Martires Office
