Job Brief

We are currently seeking a Processing Support Specialist to enhance the efficiency of our insurance processing team. This role is crucial for preparing and managing client communications and documentation related to policy renewals, new business reports, and claims history. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in using Winbeat software and will possess strong word processing skills. Your responsibilities will include generating pre-renewal emails, chasing up claims histories, preparing reports, and completing invoicing tasks using standardized templates provided by our team.

As a Processing Support Specialist, you will ensure that all documentation is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in business insurance is essential, as it will enable you to understand and effectively handle the specific needs and compliance requirements of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our business processes.

Responsibilities:

Document Preparation and Management: Prepare pre-renewal emails and documents using standard templates to ensure timely and accurate communication with clients. Chase up and compile claims histories for existing clients to aid in the renewal process.

Report Creation: Generate new business and renewal reports once insurer terms are finalized by account managers. Ensure all reports are accurate and adhere to provided templates.

Invoicing and Policy Management: Complete invoicing tasks and close policies in Winbeat for all bound policies, ensuring rigorous attention to detail and compliance with insurance standards.

Requirements:

Experience with Winbeat: Proven expertise in using Winbeat software, with strong capabilities in document processing and data management.

Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated background in business insurance, with a thorough understanding of insurance policies, terms, and processes.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively handle client interactions and internal communications.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Desirable:

Experience in handling complex insurance documentation and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with other insurance-related software and systems.

Software Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Winbeat for insurance processing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for general office tasks.

Education:

A qualification in business administration, finance, or a related field, with specific training or certification in insurance processing preferred.

Personal Attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
