About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Senior Operations Manager to support the growth of our Clinical Vertical. The successful candidate will oversee operations, ensure delivery excellence, and lead teams in driving performance for healthcare-related programs, particularly in Utilization Management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to operations teams within the Clinical vertical.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance and ensure service delivery standards are met or exceeded.
  • Manage and develop a team of clinical and operational leaders handling Utilization Management processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and additional site expansions.
  • Drive employee engagement, coaching, and professional development of direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensure:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • Active USRN (Compact License) is required

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a Contact Center setting

  • Strong background managing teams in Utilization Management
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver operational outcomes

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
