Job summary

*Responsible for driving operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational effectiveness through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and business excellence frameworks. This role ensures that processes are optimized to deliver cost savings, enhance customer experience, and align with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

-Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Excellence, or Operational Excellence, preferably in a BPO, Shared Services, or multinational environment.-Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt* (or equivalent); experience in Kaizen, TQM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

-Plus advantage if you have experience handling a healthcare project or campaign and also have an active license as a PHRN or USRN.
