We're searching for an enthusiastic and proactive TikTok Shop Assistant to join our team. This isn't just a desk job—you'll be the engine that keeps our TikTok Shop running smoothly, from the moment a customer clicks "buy" to when their package arrives at their door.

Your Mission:

  • Catalog Champion: You'll be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings that stand out. Think compelling descriptions, perfect product photos, and a fully stocked digital storefront.
  • Fulfillment Hero: Take ownership of our order fulfillment process. You'll ensure every order is picked, packed, and shipped with precision and care. Our goal is 100% on-time shipping
  • Inventory Guru: Keep our digital shelves full You'll manage inventory levels, perform regular counts, and use sales data to predict what we need to reorder to prevent stockouts.
  • Problem Solver: Be the first line of defense for any order issues, shipping delays, or customer questions, and escalate major issues as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a huge plus.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • A desire to learn and adapt as the TikTok Shop platform evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  • Process and fulfill all customer orders, including packing and shipping.
  • Manage and track inventory to avoid stockouts.
  • Handle customer inquiries about their orders.
  • Generate regular reports on sales and operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with an e-commerce platform.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
