As a Junior TikTok Shop Media Buyer on our Ecommerce Team, you will assist in the development and management of TikTok ad campaigns aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility within TikTok's shopping platform.

This role offers a great opportunity to learn the ropes of performance marketing while contributing directly to campaign success and maximizing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

You'll work alongside experienced media buyers and creative teams to help optimize ads, analyze results, and stay on top of TikTok trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns, including video ads and in-app shopping formats.
  • Support media budget monitoring to help maximize ROI and GMV.
  • Monitor campaign performance using TikTok analytics and other reporting tools; help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to help develop engaging ad content tailored to TikTok users.
  • Conduct basic research on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate with TikTok vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt strategies based on performance and platform updates.
Qualifications:
  • 0–1 year experience in media buying, preferably with TikTok or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn data-driven optimization.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social commerce and TikTok trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be English-speaking and available 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
