We're seeking an accomplished TikTok Shop marketing specialist to oversee multiple accounts, driving growth through strategic promotions and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage TikTok Shop marketing for 5–10 accounts, overseeing product listings, promotions, account creation, reposting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies, scaling e-commerce results through targeted campaigns and content partnerships.
  • Recruit and manage affiliates and influencers, fostering brand visibility and amplifying sales through collaborative content initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce engaging on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and generating actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with agency teams to ensure campaign goals and deliverables are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and competitor strategies, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • 1+ year managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands, leveraging expertise in e-commerce features and Creator Marketplace.
  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior, including e-commerce features and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
