About This Position

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Digital Social Media Advertiser to support the development and management of TikTok ad campaigns aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility within TikTok's shopping platform.

You will work alongside experienced media buyers and creative teams to help optimize ads, analyze results, and stay on top of TikTok trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns to drive maximum ROI and GMV.
  • Support campaign performance analysis using TikTok analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content tailored to TikTok users.
  • Conduct research on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform advertising decisions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 year experience in social media advertising or media buying.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn data-driven optimization techniques.
