Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Ormoc. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing labor and employment law compliance, and managing performance evaluations. Day-to-day tasks include handling employee grievances, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven HR Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, particularly in developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies.
  • Legal Compliance Acumen: In-depth, current understanding of Labor and Employment Law is mandatory. You must be able to confidently guide managers and the executive team on legal matters.
  • Employee Advocacy & Conflict Resolution: Exceptional track record in managing Employee Relations, including successful handling of disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Performance Management Champion: Strong skills in coaching, implementing performance evaluation systems, and driving a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate sensitive information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Bonus Skills (The Edge):

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., BPO, Tech, Co-working).
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR.
  • Experience in HR technology implementation (HRIS).

Compensation Package

  • Up to 25,000 starting salary
  • Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses tied directly to organizational and individual goal achievement.
