
The Opportunity: HR Business Partner

This is a high-impact, full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner who will serve as the strategic bridge between our company's goals and our people. Based in our dynamic Ormoc office, you won't just manage HR; you'll be instrumental in shaping the employee journey from day one to retirement.
What You Will Be Doing (Role Responsibilities):
- Strategic Advisory: Partner directly with department leaders to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Culture & Employee Relations: Champion our positive culture by expertly navigating complex employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and conducting fair and thorough investigations to foster a respectful and productive environment.
- Performance & Development: Drive our performance management cycle, coaching managers on effective feedback, and spearheading staff development and training initiatives that directly contribute to employee skill growth and retention.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Serve as the internal expert on Philippine Labor and Employment Law (DOLE), ensuring all company policies, procedures, and actions are fully compliant to protect the business and our employees.
- HR Project Leadership: Lead and execute core HR initiatives, such as policy development, HR system implementation, and engagement programs that directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
We are looking for a candidate who is both an expert administrator and a proactive strategic thinker.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven HR Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, particularly in developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies.
- Legal Compliance Acumen: In-depth, current understanding of Labor and Employment Law is mandatory. You must be able to confidently guide managers and the executive team on legal matters.
- Employee Advocacy & Conflict Resolution: Exceptional track record in managing Employee Relations, including successful handling of disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Performance Management Champion: Strong skills in coaching, implementing performance evaluation systems, and driving a culture of continuous feedback.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate sensitive information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Bonus Skills (The Edge):
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., BPO, Tech, Co-working).
- Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR.
- Experience in HR technology implementation (HRIS).
Compensation Package
- Up to 25,000 starting salary
- Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses tied directly to organizational and individual goal achievement.
