About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Telephone Sales Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on outbound calls to auto shops, truck owners, and potential partners. You will be the first contact point to identify client needs, qualify leads, and connect them with our sales team for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls from provided client lists (auto shops, trucking companies, fleet owners).
  • Identify customers with Qingling/Isuzu trucks, gather vehicle details (model, chassis number, etc.).
  • Record client data into our system and pass sales-ready leads to our quotation team.
  • Maintain rapport with customers and support follow-up on parts orders.
  • Occasionally join client visits to workshops or project sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing personality, confident communicator, not afraid of rejection.
  • Experience in outbound sales or call centers is highly preferred (insurance, property, credit cards, telco, etc.).
  • Clear communication in English or Mandarin; fluent in Tagalog.
  • Must be willing to focus on calls and client engagement (not just data entry).
  • Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, Airtable).
