JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

  • Plans and implements the strategies for the sales activities to meet the sales target.
  • Offers new products to international buyers through telephone calls, e-mail, or online marketing.
  • Must demonstrate conversational English proficiency for effective communication with international buyers.
  • Taps new buyers (Fair Trade Organization or mainstream/commercial buyers) for the U.S. and Asia
  • Source out and negotiate other portals or sites for online marketing.
  • Conceptualize, recommends, and coordinates with the team for the preparation and effective campaigns of catalogues, posters, brochures, flyers, TV campaigns, print ads, Freebies, etc.

Sales

  • Prepares and sends all communications to buyers.
  • Handle acknowledgements, queries (prices, information, products, etc.), offering of new products, handling complaints, price negotiations, etc.
  • Secure the following information for the requirements of the purchaser order of buyers. (Price, Production Lead Time, Quality Assurance Lead Time, Packing Lead Time, Information about the Producers, Production Processes)
  • Prepares and issues the following documents for sample and volume orders (export) in accordance with the purchase order of the buyers, then confirms to buyers after the approval of the immediate head. (Proforma Invoices, Production Order, and Purchase Orders)
  • Prepares and issues Buyer Sample Requests (BSR) to the Marketing Officer and Producers, then monitors the delivery of sample requests.
  • Check the actual sample vs. the buyer's sample request once samples are delivered by the producer.
  • Orders products with the producers and coordinates the updated buying price of existing items and new items.
  • Ensures that all designs are executed as per the requests and specifications of the buyers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a graduate of marketing management or any related courses.
  • Bachelor's degree must be in business or commerce-related field.
  • With more than a year of experience handling marketing and sales.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably knowledgeable with export sales and shipment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge with google workspace and Microsoft office (google sheets and excel)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines on time.
  • Excellent attention to details, analysis, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Amenable to working on-site in Sta. Ana, Manila
