Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, walk-ins, and community events.
- Conduct membership tours and presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on client needs and goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage retention and referrals.
- Handle membership inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and membership data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Assist in implementing sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure member satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
