We are a UK-based cleaning company looking for a Call Dispatcher to manage our inbound and outbound calls. Alongside a competitive base salary, we offer generous incentives and bonus payouts, with the potential to double your earnings if you consistently perform well.
Important: This is a 12-hour shift role (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM UK time) for a minimum of 4 days per week. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this demanding but rewarding schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our calendar efficiently, booking appointments based on cleaners' availability
- Communicate with clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Provide a daily summary of scheduled appointments and any changes
- Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded and up to date
Communication Preferences
- Updates must be provided via phone calls
- Excellent English verbal communication skills are essential
Time Commitment
- 12-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM UK time
- Minimum of 4 days per week required
- Additional days may be available depending on workload

Ideal Skills & Experience

- Ability to work independently while keeping management updated
