We are a UK-based cleaning company looking for a Call Dispatcher to manage our inbound and outbound calls. Alongside a competitive base salary, we offer generous incentives and bonus payouts, with the potential to double your earnings if you consistently perform well.

Important: This is a 12-hour shift role (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM UK time) for a minimum of 4 days per week. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this demanding but rewarding schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our calendar efficiently, booking appointments based on cleaners' availability
  • Communicate with clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Provide a daily summary of scheduled appointments and any changes
  • Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded and up to date

Communication Preferences

  • Updates must be provided via phone calls
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills are essential

Time Commitment

  • 12-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM UK time
  • Minimum of 4 days per week required
  • Additional days may be available depending on workload
  • This is a long-shift position, but it comes with big financial rewards through bonuses and incentives

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as an appointment setter, call dispatcher, or virtual assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work independently while keeping management updated
