Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an integral part of our customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate with or without BPO Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Amenable to work on-site.
