Join us as our Digital Systems & Automation Intern and dive into the exciting world of systems, automation, and tech magic Get hands-on with process hacks, automation tools, data dashboards, and cool projects that keep everything running smoothly. Work side by side with our DSA Lead and become the go-to wizard for tech solutions & process glow-ups

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching digital tools, AI applications, CRM systems, and other software based on department needs
  • Support with managing ClickUp tickets, updating task statuses, organizing comments, and documenting task progress
  • Help maintain and adjust Power BI dashboards based on provided KPIs and real-time data needs
  • Assist in CRM workflows (especially GoHighLevel), including automation review, status pipelines, and client lifecycle tracking
  • Prepare documentation and SOPs for internal systems and automations
  • Monitor and follow up on internal ticket satisfaction surveys
  • Aid in compiling data for digital performance reports, ticketing KPIs, or tool satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and summarize outcomes where required
  • Provide general assistance with internal systems setup, automation testing, or adoption support
  • Stay updated on trends and tools in automation, productivity, and AI that can improve our workflows

What we need:

  • Must have a device
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business technology, digital process improvement, or data visualization
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools quickly
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid Setup
  • Can start ASAP
