About Us:

We are a fast-growing food group behind well-loved brands like Pares Retiro and The Sandwich Guy. Our commissary supplies dozens of stores, and we are scaling nationwide. We don't just need cooks—we need smart, creative HRM graduates who want to learn menu development, costing, and kitchen operations

What You'll Do:

  • Help develop and test new products (rice bowls, sandwiches, drinks, sides).

  • Assist in food costing (portion control, yield, food cost %).

  • Support commissary and store trials (peak vs non-peak workflow).

  • Create clear Quick Recipe Guides (QRGs) for store teams.

  • Work with Operations, Training, and Accounting to ensure products are profitable, consistent, and scalable.

What We're Looking For:

  • HRM graduates (fresh grads welcome, experience a plus).

  • Loves food, cooking, and innovation.

  • Strong logic/math skills (basic costing).

  • Good attitude under pressure (calm, organized, solution-oriented).

  • Willing to work in commissary and visit stores (Metro Manila).
