Join Our Team as a Marketing Intern (OJT)

Job Summary

  • Support the marketing and sales team in generating leads, promoting the brand, and connecting with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content assets for social media, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Help maintain and update the marketing calendar and lead trackers to ensure alignment with campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and relevant government news (e.g., BIR, SEC, etc.) and inform the Marketing Associate for content publication.

Community Management

  • Share and promote content organically across social media platforms to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and/or blog article comments.
  • Assist in tracking customer feedback and comments on social media or website blog articles.

Research and Market Analysis

  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in preparing monthly performance analysis reports for social media, campaigns, and website activities.

Sales Support

  • Help prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Attend sales meetings by taking notes and assisting with follow-ups.
  • Manage and update customer records in the lead tracker.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations, or any related course.
  • Currently Enrolled in their OJT Subject
  • Can start this October 2025
