Job Summary :

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, memo distribution, monitoring and safekeeping of records, permits and licenses. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expedites results.

Scope and Responsibilities:

1.    Oversees the employee relations programs and policies;

2.    Assists the HR Manager in managing complex and often controversial situation between employer and employees;

3.    Assists the HR Manager in conducting administrative hearing and assume the same in the absence of the latter;

4.    Prepares minutes of the administrative hearing and documentation of such;

5.    Receives, files and processes Incident Report and/or Non-conformance Report as per administrative procedure;

6.    Familiarizes oneself in the administrative procedure to ensure legal compliance;

7.    Coordinates with the concerned departments for costing stems from administrative case;

8.    Discusses with concerned department head the schedule of suspension due to disciplinary action;

9.    Monitors the aging of the IR to ensure compliance within timeline;

10.  Records all administrative cases and creates summary of such for reference for planning;

11.  Assists the HR Manager during meetings with the Union and prepares minutes of the same;

12.  Assists in the dissemination of any new and/or revised policies and guidelines to ensure that is known to all;

13.  Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the superiors.

Education and Training Requirements:

a.     Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree

b.    Knowledge and application of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
