Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Request, review, and compare quotations to determine the most advantageous offers in terms of price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of all procurement transactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and payment terms.
  • Monitor and follow up pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain an updated record of supplier information, price lists, and purchase transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new materials.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for payment processing and documentation.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company budget and procurement policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (construction or manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of purchasing procedures, cost analysis, and supplier management.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with inventory or procurement systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
