Job Summary :
Oversee the entire recruitment process managing both internal and external stakeholders from development of job descriptions with HR Manager, short listing, interviewing, managing the offer and completing associated administrative tasks. Develop creative sourcing techniques, source high caliber candidates utilizing the appropriate recruiting channels and ensure best practice recruitment processes are adhered to.
Scope and Responsibilities:
1. MANPOWER PLANNING
a. Update record of the approved manpower Roster/ Plantilla and Organizational Chart
b. Monitors the number of separation / vacancies.
c Coordinates with Section/ Department Heads for manpower requisition.
d. Conducts exit interview to determine causes of separation.
2. SOURCING
a. Utilizes free job posting sites; social networking sites.
b. Collaborates with local government- PESO for job fair events
c. Collaborates with Universities/ Colleges, TESDA for list of graduates and/or posting of job vacancies on site.
3. SCREENING
a. Conducts initial screening; resume screening, phone interview
b. Administers and interprets exam
c. Endorses shortlisted candidates to HR Manager/ Section Head
d. Conducts pre-employment screening including background check and pre-employment requirements
4. HIRING
a. Coordinates with the HR Manager for salary rate;
b. Prepares and sends out job offers;
c. Informs newly hired employee of requirements and verifies its authenticity.
d. Prepares employment contract on time and have it notarized prior issuance to the employee;
5. ON-BOARDING
a. Conducts new employee orientation and coordinates with section/ department representatives for on-boarding procedure.
b. Prepares the new employee's company ID, working table, tools and equipment
6. MANPOWER SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
a. Sources out manpower provider for accreditation of the company
b. Coordinates with agency coordinator for manpower requirements;
c. Evaluates agency performance;
7. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior and executives.
Education and Training Requirements:
· Graduate any bachelor's degree;
· With a minimum of 1- year work experience in the related field is an advantage
Skills Requirements:
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Effective decision-making skills.
· Good understanding of HR and DOLE legislation requirements.
· Ability to present information in forms, tables and spread sheets.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to use IT packages relevant to the role.
· Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines.
