Receptionist / Admin Staff

- Responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. The role includes handling phone calls, welcoming guests, managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting in office coordination. The Admin/Receptionist also supports the team with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents for transmittal.
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to staff and management.
- Ensure the reception area and office are clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Hands-on experience with different office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, telephones, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Preferably with 1 year of related work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
