The role includes handling phone calls, welcoming guests, managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting in office coordination.   • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to staff and management.
  • Ensure the reception area and office are clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Hands-on experience with different office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, telephones, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Preferably with 1 year of related work experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
