What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Referral Operations Associate to help manage our patient referral process. You'll work closely with our U.S.-based team to ensure that every patient referral is handled quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Within your first year, you will:

  1. Review medical documentation from clinics to ensure all required information is complete and meets our internal standards.

  2. Contact medical suppliers by phone to confirm they can service specific referrals.

  3. Send referrals via fax or email to the appropriate medical suppliers.

  4. Follow up regularly with suppliers to confirm receipt, processing, and delivery of referred orders.

  5. Identify and escalate issues with referrals or supplier performance to team leadership.

  6. Support team growth by helping train and onboard new referral team members.

Core Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years work experience in a Customer Service or healthcare Care Coordination role

  • Great verbal and communication skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Great cross-team collaboration skills

  • Comfortable making calls to U.S. businesses

  • Experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, or DME (preferred but not required)
