About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and execute critical month‑end closing activities. You'll maintain accurate general ledger and sub‑ledger accounts, prepare and post adjusting entries, reconcile key balance sheet accounts, and support timely and error‑free financial closes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors general ledger accounts (real or nominal) against subsidiary ledgers and other supporting schedules to ensure financial report accuracy and reliability
  • Month End Closing Activities: Posting Entries and Adjustment required for the period, this includes accrual and reversal - (Delivery, Services and others)
  • Managed Internal Cash Request Payout (Electronic Bank Postings, Auto-Credit- Arrangements) for Internal and Employee Request(s)
  • Posting of Entries for Liquidation and Reimbursement
  • Review of Recorded Transactions & Reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in general accounting or finance roles
  • Exposure to full‑cycle accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month‑end closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
