At Execo, you won't just process contracts; you will design the financial and operational frameworks that allow us to scale. Summary of Role As our Deal Operations Expert, you are the strategic bridge between our global Sales force and our financial integrity. You will own the "Lead -to -Cash" process for our most complex opportunities. Your mission is to enable high -velocity sales while safeguarding the company against risk. You will troubleshoot non -standard deal structures, navigate complex revenue recognition rules (ASC 606), and ensure our data systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) tell the true story of our business. You are the diplomat who helps Sales win the deal and the guardian who ensures the deal is worth winning. Your Impact & What You'll DoOrchestrate the Deal Review Process: You will own the end -to -end deal review workflow. You'll provide the essential operational support that keeps the sales engine moving, ensuring that every contract—no matter the complexity—is processed with absolute consistency and rigor.Master the Revenue Logic: You will be the internal authority on Revenue Recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), ensuring that every creative deal structure translates correctly into our financial books.Bridge the Gap: You will use "influence without authority" to guide Sales professionals through approval processes. You will translate complex policy and financial concepts into clear, actionable advice for the field.Optimize the System Architecture: You will apply systems thinking to our CRM ecosystem (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring that our deal data flows seamlessly from opportunity to closed -won, maintaining absolute data integrity.Innovate the Workflow: You won't just follow the process; you'll improve it. You will collaborate with the RevOps team to identify patterns in deal flow and implement smarter, faster approval workflows using automation and best practices. Why You'll Thrive at ExecoYou're a Deal Veteran: You have 5+ years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations, specifically within a high -growth SaaS or tech environment.You Speak "Finance" & "Sales": You have expert -level knowledge of sales contracting and revenue recognition (ASC 606), but you also understand the pressure of a quarter -end close.You're a Data Virtuoso: You possess advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You don't just input numbers; you build models that provide financial clarity on complex deal terms.You're a Systems Thinker: You understand the "butterfly effect" of data—how a checkbox in the CRM affects revenue reporting downstream. You are proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot.You're a Diplomatic Strategist: You have the confidence to say "no" when necessary, but the creativity to find a "yes" that works for everyone. You can explain complex policies to a sales rep without slowing them down.
