ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize consistent processes to develop materials and events that deliver exceptional learning experiences for employees. Design engaging and interactive training for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, self-study and web-based curriculum.

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and key instructional design methodologies, creating effective learning solutions.
  • Strong conceptual thinking; ability to take raw content and create curriculum that supports delivering an engaging learning experience.
  • Ability to collaborate to develop project goals, training objectives and measurements by analyzing needs and proposing multiple solutions.
  • Creative, flexible and innovative team player; ability to work effectively within an environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with a demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels within the organization
  • Experience designing written training curriculum or producing high caliber technical writing in a creative, team-oriented environment
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferred but required
  • Experience with implementing evaluations and assessments, or other business reports analyzing metrics and results
  • Healthcare and/or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience strongly preferred.
