Position Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Instructional Designer with experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry to join our Learning & Development team.

Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Salary Range: ₱35,000 – ₱50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Analysis: Assess target audiences, identify performance gaps, and define learning objectives in collaboration with SMEs
  • Instructional Design: Develop engaging and structured course designs using models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)
  • eLearning Development: Create interactive modules, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia elements (videos, graphics, etc.) with available tools
  • Project Management: Plan, scope, and manage eLearning projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and effective use of resources
  • Content Development: Write and edit facilitator guides, training aids, technical documents, and other instructional materials
  • LMS Administration: Manage course uploads, user enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting within the Learning Management System
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and other designers to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives
  • Evaluation & Testing: Design assessments to measure effectiveness and conduct usability testing for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Technical: Proficient in rapid eLearning tools, multimedia software, and LMS platforms
  • Instructional Design: Strong knowledge of ADDIE and related frameworks
  • Multimedia: Skilled in creating and integrating graphics, audio, and video
  • Project Management: Experienced in handling timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration
  • Analytical: Strong ability to assess training needs, evaluate impact, and resolve issues
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in working with SMEs and presenting solutions
  • Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood City, Libis

Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today's market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
