
Instructional Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Instructional Designer with proven experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector to join our Learning & Development team. This role plays a key part in designing impactful learning experiences and driving performance improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess learner profiles, identify skill gaps, and define clear learning objectives.
- Instructional Design: Craft engaging and well-structured learning solutions using instructional design models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
- eLearning Development: Build interactive eLearning modules, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia assets (videos, graphics, etc.) using available authoring tools.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of eLearning projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Content Creation: Develop and refine facilitator guides, training materials, technical documentation, and other instructional assets.
- LMS Administration: Oversee course deployment, user enrollment, reporting, and issue resolution within the Learning Management System.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and fellow designers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design assessments to measure learning effectiveness and conduct usability testing to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in rapid eLearning development tools, multimedia software, and LMS platforms.
- Instructional Expertise: Deep understanding of ADDIE and other instructional design methodologies.
- Multimedia Skills: Capable of producing and integrating visual, audio, and video elements into learning content.
- Project Leadership: Experienced in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to diagnose training needs, measure impact, and troubleshoot learning challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in working with SMEs and presenting instructional solutions.
- Work Conditions: Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift and report onsite at Eastwood City, Libis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
