Core Responsibilities
Needs Analysis:
Identify performance gaps and learning objectives by analyzing target audiences and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Instructional Design:
Develop systematic, engaging, and instructionally sound course designs, often using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)
eLearning Development:
Utilize available tools to create interactive modules, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia elements like videos and graphics
Project Management:
Plan, scope, and manage eLearning projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively
Content Creation:
Write and edit technical documents, training aids, facilitator manuals, and other instructional materials
LMS Administration:
Load and manage course content within a Learning Management System, including user enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting
Collaboration:
Work with stakeholders, SMEs, and other designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Evaluation & Testing:
Design and implement assessments to measure learning effectiveness and conduct usability testing on eLearning courses
Key Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency with rapid eLearning tools, multimedia software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Instructional Design Frameworks: Strong understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE
Multimedia Development: Ability to create and integrate graphics, audio, and video into course
Project Management: Skills in planning, managing timelines, and collaborating with teams
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze learning needs, evaluate effectiveness, and troubleshoot problems
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for collaborating with SMEs and presenting designs
General Qualities:
Lives 30 minutes or less from Eastwood
100% RTO for full time employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
