As a Senior Marketing Officer, you help bring the DAVI and Go Rewards brands to life by executing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert customers. You take strategic direction from the Lead for Customer Growth & Activation and turn it into high-quality, timely marketing initiatives, whether digital campaigns, events, activations, or member engagement programs. You make sure campaign plans come to life seamlessly and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Execute digital and offline demand-generation campaigns based on strategic plans set by the Lead.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, CRM, product, brand) to ensure assets and timelines are met.
  • Work with agency partners and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of campaign materials and activations.
  • Support implementation of thematic, seasonal, and cohort-based marketing activities.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing paid digital campaigns (social, search, display) in coordination with the performance marketing team.
  • Help monitor digital channel performance (Facebook, Google, email, etc.) and ensure campaigns adhere to best practices.
  • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages, email sequences, and digital content needed for acquisition and activation.

Events, Activations & On-Ground Support

  • Support event planning, logistics, partner coordination, and onsite activation requirements.
  • Act as point-of-contact during events, ensuring on-ground teams have what they need to execute successfully.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all event branding, booths, and materials align with campaign objectives.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, sign-ups, conversions, activations, and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights from performance dashboards and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support A/B testing implementation across digital and on-ground campaigns.

Process & Project Management

  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign briefs, post-mortems, timelines, and budget trackers.
  • Work with the Lead to identify process gaps and propose improvements for more efficient campaign delivery.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support B2B and B2C acquisition efforts.
  • Help manage vendor relationships. including event suppliers, production houses, and marketing agencies.
  • Ensure stakeholders are updated with progress reports, deliverables, and campaign status.

To be successful, you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand activation, campaign management, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM tools, email marketing tools).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills; comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in events management, brand activations, or on-ground marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with dashboards, analytics tools, and KPI monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
