Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are fairly compensated and enjoy great benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives
- Responsible for employee semi-monthly payroll, monetary benefits payout and last pay processing
- Attend timekeeping issues and concerns such as no time in or out, Pay-slip queries, VL and SL queries.
- Handles government reports such as SSS, Pag-ibig, and PhilHealth, such as monthly contribution and employee statutory benefits payments (loan payments). Computes and processes sickness, and maternity benefits.
- Ensure timely posting of Employee loan payments from SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth
- Consolidation of disputes, deduction & company loans.
- Consolidating & process of Manual payroll, final pay computation
- Prepares monitoring sheet for 13th Month pay, Monthly Reports for billing purposes, & Annual Report of Alphalist for payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits and HMO.
- Knowledgeable in Sprout
- Competency
- Detail-oriented
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Resourcefulness.
- Organized.
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
