Compensation And Benefits Specialist Join to apply for the Compensation And Benefits role at Cepat Kredit Financing Inc . Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Assist in job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analyses to support compensation planning. Help maintain job classification and salary structures to align with organizational needs. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of compensation records and documentation. Provide day‑to‑day support for benefits administration, including health, retirement, wellness programs, and other employee benefits. Assist employees with benefits inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor as necessary. Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment, ensuring timely communication and accurate data entry. Liaise with benefits providers and third‑party administrators to ensure smooth program delivery. Assist in creating and distributing compensation and benefits communication materials to employees. Maintain compensation and benefits data in HRIS and other databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare routine reports and ad‑hoc analyses related to compensation and benefits for management review. Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all compensation and benefits records. Job Competencies Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines related to compensation and benefits. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Education & Experience Educational Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in handling compensation and benefits.
