
Modern Jeepney Regional Sales Manager

This role will involve driving regional revenue, expanding market share, and leading a team of sales professionals to exceed goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and customer acquisition goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set clear sales goals for the team, provide regular feedback, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed regional goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, lead qualification, and closing techniques to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure the region is operating at peak performance
Qualifications:
Experience: at least 2 years in Modern Jeepney sales experience.
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
