About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at SNS construction and supply OPC' in Bulacan Central Luzon. As a full-time Sales and Marketing representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Effectively presenting our products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to attract new customers
  • Tracking and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and performance
  • Continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing best practices, as well as industry trends and regulations
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A results-driven mindset and a commitment to exceeding sales targets
