
Business / IT Analyst - Travel Insurance Claims

We are looking for an outstanding individual, to work on our global-leading travel insurance claims system.
You will be working on innovations to the system, liaising with the Asia Pacific team, and also dealing with customers in Australia and New Zealand. Terrific individual growth potential and opportunity to work with AI automation technologies.
Location
You will need to be based in the Philippines.
As you will work from home you need to have a study or suitable work space. Work days will be Monday-Friday, with a maximum 40 work hours per week. You will generally work normal business hours but you need to have flexibility to work outside business hours if required.
Responsibilities
- Document system requirements
- Liaise and explain changes to developers
- Test changes
- Plan and coordinate releases
- Manage team performance
- Suggest and lead business improvements and technical innovations
- Monitor and review changes and issues with clients
- Other admin and management tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years experience in a business / technical analyst role, in an enterprise grade environment
- A background in insurance claims, travel insurance or health insurance is preferred
- Sound understanding of and experience in the system development life cycle
- Knowledge of Microsoft stack: SQL / .Net / Azure preferred
- Experience in IT ticketing and project management systems e.g. Jira
- Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, , etc
- Experience in AI prompting and LLM models
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- A positive, can do personality
- A degree level qualification in Business or IT, with top results
- Excellent references from a previous employer
