This is a remote position.

24 Hours Group is a towing and roadside assistance provider serving the United States and parts of Canada. We manage high-volume daily operations and rely on accurate financial processes to keep our services running smoothly. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who will work from home and support our finance operations, ensuring accurate financial tracking, cash flow monitoring, processing, and reporting while coordinating closely with our operations and management teams.

  • Process accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, receipts
  • Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, payment monitoring, collections follow-up
  • Assist with payroll processing when required
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation
  • Prepare financial summaries and weekly/monthly reports
  • Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows/outflows to ensure operational funds)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Coordinate with operations for job costs, expenses, and payout verificationEnsure compliance with internal accounting standards

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Strong English communication skills, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • At least 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
