About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with a medical or nursing background to connect with customers, first responders, and healthcare professionals. This role involves following a structured call flow to gather feedback on their experience with our client's product. Persistence and professionalism are key—you'll be expected to continue reaching out until successful contact is made.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Make outbound calls to first responders and healthcare customers during US hours
- Communicate with an American-like accent for clear and professional interactions
- Follow provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging and accurate data collection
- Maintain dedication to follow-up calls until contact is established
- Document customer feedback and share insights with the team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in medical or nursing background
- At least 2 years experience handling inbound and outbound calls in the BPO healthcare space
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer outreach
- Ability to follow structured scripts and processes
- Availability for part-time work (10–20 hours/week) during US shift hours
System requirements:
- Computer Processor: At least i5, 6th generation for both primary and back up computers
- Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
- Computer OS: Windows or Mac
- Extra Monitor
- MS Office License
- Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up)
