Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Account Specialist
with a strong background in river cruises and airline operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in
SABRE, Amadeus, Apollo, Altea, Oscar, and Opera
systems and have hands-on experience in ticketing, reservations, VIP handling, auditing, and SOP implementation. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing and reservations for airlines and river cruises.
  • Provide VIP support and personalized travel solutions for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and assist in auditing processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in travel operations, ticketing, and reservations.
  • Proficiency in
    SABRE, Amadeus, Apollo, Altea, Oscar, and Opera

  • Strong knowledge of airline and river cruise operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in auditing and implementing SOPs.
