Process Quality Control

  • Monitors production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with established product quality standards.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains quality control procedures and inspection standards.
  • Conducts in-process and final product inspections to verify adherence to quality specifications and customer requirements.

Issue Resolution

  • Analyzes quality-related issues and supports root cause analysis to develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinates with Production, Engineering, and Supplier teams to resolve quality concerns promptly and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course — Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
  • Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Quality Control Engineer.
  • Proficient in quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, and SPC.
  • Capable of interpreting engineering drawings to ensure compliance with customer standards and specifications.
  • Completion of relevant trainings and seminars related to quality control is an advantage.
