Process Quality Control

  • Oversees daily production activities to ensure that all products meet established quality specifications and standards.
  • Develops and enforces process control guidelines to maintain consistency and reliability throughout manufacturing operations.
  • Conducts in-process monitoring and final inspections to verify compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
  • Ensures proper documentation and reporting of inspection results for traceability and continuous improvement.

Issue Resolution

  • Evaluates and investigates quality deviations, supporting root cause identification and the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Works closely with Production, Engineering, and Supplier teams to troubleshoot and resolve product or process quality concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course — Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
  • Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience as a Quality Engineer.
  • Well-versed in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, and SPC.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings to ensure products meet customer standards and specifications.
  • Completion of relevant trainings and seminars related to quality engineering is an advantage.
