SQE Engineer A

• Oversees the performance of suppliers to ensure that product quality consistently meets company standards and specifications.
• Develops and implements supplier quality assurance processes, including incoming material inspections and quality evaluations.
• Monitors and validates supplier Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address quality issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Procurement, and Production—to resolve and prevent quality concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course — Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
• Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality Management.
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, and SPC.
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings to verify product standards and customer specifications.
• Completion of relevant trainings and seminars related to supplier quality will be considered an advantage.
