Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems: Creating and maintaining quality control plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent quality throughout a project or process.
  • Conducting Inspections and Audits: Performing regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
  • Material and Process Verification: Ensuring that materials used meet specified requirements and that processes are followed correctly.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data from inspections, tests, and other sources to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with various teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and management, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve quality processes and procedures, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Specific tasks can include:

  • Reviewing engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Developing and implementing inspection checklists and test plans.
  • Conducting material testing and verifying test results.
  • Monitoring production processes and identifying deviations from quality standards.
  • Investigating and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Preparing quality reports and presentations.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on quality considerations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
