JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the IE Head/Manager, the Industrial Engineer is responsible for setting-up the standards for assembly time, material usage, manpower allocation, ergonomics standards, machine capacity including conversion loss and material throw-rate with the end view of optimizing the utilization of production resources. The Industrial Engineer also coordinates with the Engineering regarding the process improve

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineer
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Knowledgeable in the use of IE tools such as time study and flow process charts, different QC tool, layout and movement of workers and planning in a company.
  • Knowledgeable in determining the different ergonomic factors affecting the productivity and efficiency in the production of the company.
  • Knowledgeable in different problem solving approach to solve different difficulties encountered in company.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft application such Excel and Word.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao / Calamba, Laguna.
