We're looking for a results-driven sales professional to manage the full customer journey, from lead generation and closing to installation and post-sales support. This role combines consultative selling, account management, and coordination with project teams to deliver a seamless solar experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, consultation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and updates.
  • Coordinate site validation, permits, and installation with engineers and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales progress in CRM.
  • Support post-installation activities, including system handover and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering background is an advantage)
  • At least 2 years of technical sales experience in renewables, utilities, construction, power, or automotive
  • Strong track record in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Solar sales experience is a plus but not required
