About the role

As a Line Cook for our new and exciting Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food stall in Venice McKinley, Grand Canal Mall, Taguig City, you will play a key role in delivering delicious, authentic cuisine to our customers. This is a full-time role that will see you working closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes
  2. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and company standards
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work station
  4. Follow all health and safety regulations
  5. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Line Cook in a similar culinary environment
  2. Knowledge of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking techniques and cuisines
  3. Strong time management and multitasking skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  5. Team player with a positive attitude
  6. Food Handling Certificate or equivalent
