What You'll Do:

  1. Chef De Partie - Assist in menu planning, development, and recipe creation and supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food preparation.
  2. Line Cook - Prepare ingredients, cook dishes to order, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during service.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Chef De Partie - Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience. At least 2-3 years of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  2. Line Cook - Previous experience in a kitchen environment, with a passion for food and a willingness to learn.
