Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves handling campaign management, event coordination, digital marketing efforts, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve brand visibility, product awareness, and lead generation.
• Support social media strategies to boost engagement and drive website traffic.

2. Event Coordination:

• Plan and execute events, promotions, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Assist sales teams in preparing for industry events and promotional activities.

3. Digital Marketing:

• Contribute to content creation and publication on social media, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), and the company website.
• Support digital marketing efforts to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, generating reports and dashboards for management.
• Use analytics tools to assess campaign success and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital marketing and event coordination.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, social media management, and content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for learning and contributing to innovative marketing strategies.
• Adaptable to market trends, with a proactive approach to new ideas.
